IX edition of the summer Trofeo CONI, held simultaneously in the two Sicilian cities from 3 to 6 October 2024. Opening ceremony in Piazza dell'Università in Catania, closing ceremony at the Foro Italico Umberto I in Palermo. 39 National Sports Federations and 5 Associated Sports Disciplines took part. Winner of the edition: Emilia Romagna (for the first time in the event's history), with host region Sicily second and Friuli Venezia Giulia third.
