The photos document the day of the Giochi Sportivi Studenteschi of CONI Svizzera at the Sportanlage Wankdorf in Bern, opened in the gym with the parade of the delegations of Aargau, Basel, Bern, Geneva, Lausanne and Lucerne, the Italia CONI flag carried by the young people and the lighting of the Olympic cauldron. During the day the young athletes competed in athletics on the outdoor track, between sprints, shot put and hurdles, and then in swimming in the indoor pool, football on the grass pitch and team games. The collection closes with the prize-givings with medals on tricolour ribbons and the moments of celebration among youngsters, families and team leaders.
