We met Lisa, a swimming champion born in 1998, and asked her to tell us about her already promising career: a talent that blossomed within CONI’s ranks and is steadily growing on the international stage.
That Lisa was made for sport was clear from the start: in first grade she was selected for the Talent High programme, 60 children across Zurich able to handle particular efforts and exercises at an early age. The chosen children then practise various sports to work out where best to direct their technical and athletic preparation: a proven system for discovering talent from a young age.
